10% SDS Solution: Dissolve 100gm of SDS in 900mL of ddi water. Heat to 68C to assist dissolution. Adjust the pH to 7.2 by adding a few drops of HC1. Adjust the total volume to 1L with ddi water. Dispense into aliquots.
