Corning Replacement Disposable Spinner Flask Caps are HDPE vent caps that contain a 0.2µm pore, hydrophobic, PTFE membrane for culture applications requiring increased gas exchange. They feature large knurls for ergonomic handling. They also fit Corning disposable polystyrene and polycarbonate storage bottles and glass bottles with GL45 threads for applications requiring venting.
Corning Spinner Flask Aseptic Transfer Caps will enhance the productivity of your cell culture operations when adding or removing medium and cells. The venting port ends in a 25mm diameter syringe filter with a 0.2µm pore PVDF membrane and a barbed fitting. The liquid transfer port has an internal end with a rigid polypropylene dip tube angled to reach the bottom of the flask, and on the external side a chemically resistant, heat-sealable, flexible 24" tube, with either a Male Luer Lock (MLL) or Male Plastic Coupler (MPC) connector, closed with a female Luer sealing cap or female MPC end cap. Designed for both suspension and adherent cell culture applications.
