LB Broth Powder [Lennox L Broth]
For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Dissolve 20 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Then adjust pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes. Soluble in water. Store at room temperature.
