Returns Returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return transportation is to be prepaid. Request for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.  Special Orders or Clearance Items are not returnable to DOT Scientific.  All returns are subject to approval before a return authorization will be issues.  All returns have to be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Freight Claims Any damaged cartons should be refused or reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported to DOT Scientific within 24 hours of receipt. Warranty Our disposal products are all guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty is limited to replacement. All equipment warranties are supplied through the manufacturer and are subject to their particular terms and conditions.
