The IBI Genomic DNA kit is specially designed for purification of total DNA from Blood and cultured cell. This includes genomic, mitochondrial and viral DNA. All from different volumes of blood samples and cultured cells. In this procedure, RBC lysis buffer is used to remove non-nucleated red blood cells and reduce hemoglobin contamination.
gMax MINI genomic DNA kit provides an efficient method for purifying total DNA (including genomic, mitochondrial, and viral) from whole blood (fresh/frozen), cultured animal/bacterial cells, fungi, and tissue.
