ENDURO™ 15.10 and 15.15 Horizontal Gel BoxesThe ENDURO 15.10 and 15.15 offer a wide degree of versatility. Two trays are available –15 x 10 cm and 15x 15 cm – allowingthe choice of two gel lengths at the time of purchase. Maximizing comb and tray option sallow up to 210 samples to be resolvedper gel. The 15cm total run length allows restriction fragments or other close MW sample bands to be easily separated andidentified. Speed loading is accomplished using10, 14, 16, 18, 28 or 30 sample multi-channel pipette compatible combs. Theseunits provide high resolution separation of nucleic acid fragments 100bp to 20 kbp and are excellent for screening of PCR samplesor routine DNA fragment analysis.
