100 bp DNA Markers:  Is suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 100 bp to 1500 bp. The ladder contains of 11 digested DNA bands, including 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp, and 1500 bp. The intensity of each band is around 50 ng except 500 bp band, which is around two times brighter than others to serve as reference band. For easy to use, 1×loading Buffer was pre-mixed with the DNA solution.
