1st Strand cDNA Synthesis System: is optimized to synthesize high yield cDNA from total or poly(A)+
purified RNA. the First-Strand cDNA synthesis reverse transcriptase is a mixture of RnaUs script reverse
transcriptase, an engineered MMLV RT and a ribonuclease inhibitor protein. A wide range of RNA
targets from 100 bp to 10 kb can be detected with this system. It is ideally suited for gene isolation, high
throughput expression profile studies using real-time quantitation, and end-point RT-PCR. The system
