Luria Broth 1 Gram Capsules [Miller's LB Broth]
Convenient pre-measured and pre-mixed capsules eliminate messy weighing and pH adjustments. Simply dissolve 25 capsules per 1 Liter of distilled water. Water must be 37°C or warmer to completely dissolve gelatin capsule. Agitate. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes before use. Buffer is set for 7.2 at 20°C using a 10mM solution of Tris/Tris HCl. pH will vary depending on temperature. Soluble in water. Store at room temperature.
