The Accuris QuadCount™ Automated Cell Counter improves on the simple technique of brightfield microscopy by utilizing advanced optics and imaging - an LED light source, a 4X objective lens and a high-resolution 5MP CMOS detector.  A finely tuned, motorized XYZ positioning stage provides for micron increment auto-focusing and the ability to capture multiple images.

The QuadCount provides many advantages over the tedious and time consuming manual hemocytometry method:
