Minimum Order

Orders less than $500.00 will be charged a $10.00 handling fee.

Although prices are current at time of printing, prices are subject to change without notice

Shipments

Most shipments are made via UPS or common carrier. Next day service is available upon request with an additional charge.

Terms of Payment

Net 30 days, FOB shipping point. Payment Options: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Check, Electronic Funds Transfer.

Returns

Returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return transportation is to be prepaid. Request for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.

Freight Claims

Any damaged cartons should be refused or reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported to DOT Scientific within 24 hours of receipt.

Warranty

Our disposal products are all guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty is limited to replacement. All equipment warranties are supplied through the manufacturer and are subject to their particular terms and conditions. DOT Scientific accepts no responsibility and will not be held liable for loss, damage, expense, consequential, or accidental damage arising from the use of products described on this website. This includes any damage to property, person or premises resulting from these products. Warranty period begins upon delivery of product.
